Meet Hannah
Among a noisy, glossy and often intimidating wellness industry, I am committed to offering human, welcoming spaces for women to learn, heal and grow.
By offering accessible, trauma-informed therapeutic coaching & support, I help others to uncover who they truly are, safely integrate trauma from their past, build powerful relationships with themselves, and lead embodied, vibrant lives within a complex world.
Before discovering this work, I scaled the ladder in high-level philanthropy & events management for International Development NGO's. I got my buzz from being a part of a mission to change attitudes and outcomes for the better.
What I discovered was, what I was truly passionate about was the people. Inspiring people to gather together for change. Being witness to people from all around the world overcoming, rising and thriving from adversity.
These experiences opened my eyes to our capacity as humans for change both individually and collectively, and led me to the world of personal development, somatic psychology, mental health, yoga therapy and holistic healing.
And what began as a personal pursuit to support my own trauma healing and evolution, became my professional calling, passion and commitment to be of service, guidance and support to others.
Now with over a decade of experience, I support women as a trauma-informed Somatic Healing & Integration Therapist, Embodied Life Coach, educator and speaker. I draw upon my background in Mental Health, HeartMath, Emotional Freedom Technique & Yoga Therapy to support and see the WHOLE MULTI-FACETED HUMAN.
I am also busy mum of two small incredible humans, living by the seaside, navigating this thing called life just like you. When I'm not on the school run or facilitating this incredible work, you can find me on the beach, getting muddy in the woods, seeking out great seafood or sniffing out the next opportunity to dance to some bassy house music.
