What modalities are used in The Soft Return?

I bring into this process a trauma-informed blend of Somatic Healing Therapy, Integrative Life Coaching, Breathwork, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT / tapping), Yoga Therapy, embodied movement, meditation, and Polyvagal Nervous system reprogramming. I am fully certified and have over a decade of experience in using these frameworks and practices to create lasting change for my clients 

 

How much time will I need to give to the course?

The weekly group somatic workshops are around 75mins long, and the teaching audios (that you can listen to in your own time) will be around 30min. I recommend setting aside around 15-20mins a day for journaling, self-reflection and integrating learned practices into your life. But of course, the more you put in, the more you’ll get out.

 

What is the format?

The practical workshops will take place on Zoom. These will all be recorded, and the replay will be up in the portal within 24 hours of filming. You will have access to them for 6 months. Each module will have resources, such as workbooks & recorded practices, to deepen the exploration of the theme. These will all be stored on the online portal that also contain a library of resources, practices and guided sessions. 

 

Do you offer refunds?

I do not offer refunds, so please invest with consideration. I will sometimes consider transferring a space to a future cohort - but this is considered on a case-to-case basis.

 

How much time will I get with Hannah?

Everyone will receive 1 x 75min 1:1 Somatic Healing & Coaching session with me that must be used within 12 weeks of the start date of the programme = Tuesday 17th June. You will be able to contact me privately and within the Slack Community Group between sessions. I respond Tuesday-Friday between 9.30am-2.30pm
