Boundaries don’t begin with words. They begin with sensation. A flutter in your chest. A pull in your gut. The body’s honest signal of what is and isn’t right for you.

Everything begins with awareness. Before you can change how you show up, you need to come home to what’s here now - the sensations in your body, the stories in your mind, and the survival strategies running beneath them. 

 

This is where we soften shame, build a compassionate relationship with your internal world, and begin to trust the body as your compass.

Building safety, trust & capacity in the body

Change isn’t possible without safety. Here we create the conditions for transformation by expanding your system’s capacity to stay present and grounded, even when discomfort arises. 

 

Through nervous system repatterning practices, we build the familiarity, trust and the capacity to tolerate stress without getting flooded so you can start making new, uncomfortable, conscious choices

3. Repattern →

Meeting, Processing, and Transforming through the body

This is where deeper healing happens. We turn toward the parts that people-please, over-function, avoid, or collapse - not to banish them, but to understand and transform them from the inside out. 

 

Here, stored emotions and stress, often frozen in time from the past, can start to move, metabolise, be processed and completed. Early survival patterns loosen their grip and our perception can shift 

4. Express →

Embodying Boundaries as Living Practice

Once safety and new patterns are in place, we practise bringing them into the world. 

 

This is where your “no” becomes clear, your “yes” becomes trustworthy. You express limits without guilt, collapse, or over-explaining. Boundaries shift from an intellectual idea into a living, embodied expression of self-respect and relational honesty.

The final pillar is where boundaries become a way of being - a lifelong practice of taking responsibility for your emotions, perceptions, actions, and power.

Why me? Hey, I'm Hannah...

We are living in a noisy, fast-paced and complex world that our nervous system and brain were never designed for. I see too many women battling stress, frustration, and a lack of fulfilment that keeps them feeling stuck and powerless. I’ve dedicated my work to creating an antidote to that.

 

Within trauma-informed, embodied healing spaces, I help women uncover who they truly are, safely integrate and heal trauma from their past, build empowered relationships with themselves, and lead resourced, vibrant lives. Let’s rewrite that script together.

 

With over a decade of experience blending Somatic Healing, Integrative Coaching, HeartMath, EFT, and Yoga Therapy, I support the whole, multifaceted human you are - body, heart, mind, and spirit.

 

I’m also a mum of two small, incredible humans, living by the seaside and navigating this thing called life just like you. When I’m not on the school run or facilitating this work, you’ll likely find me on the beach, getting muddy in the woods, tracking down great seafood, or dancing to some bassy house music.

YOUR QUESTIONS ANSWERED...

How much time do I need? The weekly Somatic Workshop is 75 mins long. The EFT sessions are around 30-40min long. Group coaching circles will be around 45-60min depending on attendance and questions raised. I recommend setting aside 10minutes a day to explore the practices you're learning each week. But like anything, the more you put in, the more you get out!

What if I can't attend the workshop live? Replays will be available within 24 hours. You have 12 months access to all replays and resources via the online portal, apart from the live Coaching Circles to protect privacy.

Do I need any special equipment or space? A chair,  an exercise mat or yoga mat (if standing is available to you. If not, you can do everything from seated) and a small standing space. All practices can be done seated.

Is this programme a replacement for therapy? No. This coaching programme is not a replacement for one on one therapeutic support. If you are in acute distress or navigating mental health challenges, please consider working alongside a licensed clinician as you move through the sessions. How much 1:1 support will I get from Hannah? I will be on hand throughout the 5 weeks within the WhatsApp group to answer questions and offer bespoke advice and support. For those who pay in full, they will receive one 70min 1:1 Somatic Therapy & Coaching session. If you would like additional 1:1 support, you can choose the VIP Package to receive 3 x 70min Somatic Coaching & Therapy sessions to use within 90 days of beginning the programme.

Will it still help if I have already done a lot of inner work?
Absolutely! If you are self-aware but your body still braces and you are not seeing the change from all that inner work, this programme will help create the conditions for new ways of thinking, feeling and conscious choice to really start taking root.
